Information may be used to create and manage reservations, coordinate drivers and transferi suppliers, communicate booking updates, process and verify payments, respond to customer requests, prevent misuse, maintain accounting and operational records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Payment information
Online credit and debit card payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. Novix Transfers does not store customers' full card numbers or CVV security codes on its own servers. Information required to complete and verify a payment is processed by the relevant payment service provider under its own security standards and terms.

Relevant booking information may be shared with the transferi supplier, driver, payment service provider, technology service providers and legally authorized institutions only to the extent necessary to provide the requested service, process payment, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

7. Retention
